Narrow ¾ are ideal for shoes and boots where there is limited space in the forefoot (eg. womens dress shoes), yet sufficient space under the ball of the foot. Narrow ¾ have a slightly longer and narrower shape than the Fashion ¾. This provides more support in shoes with a heel, as the longer shape helps relieve pressure under the forefoot. The lower arch profile ensures the orthotic is not visible when the shoe is worn.
